What drew you to play your hero today?
I just love the slower, more controlling decks, with the card draw, not a fan of his downside with the heal though!
What’s your favourite card in your deck?
Spectral Web. Really protected my buffs all day.
If you could change one thing about your deck, what would it be?
Nothing really – winning proves it’s already good!
What’s been your favourite card revealed from Wave 2?
Zelana Bloodroot – suits my deck and playstyle perfectly.
What was your favourite moment of today?
Winning in the finals – but the whole day was fantastic (meeting the PlayFusion team was cool).

What drew you to play your hero today?
I thought it was the safest deck, building off of what Dratylis played at PAX – and lost to the mirror in the finals.
What’s your favourite card in your deck?
Root Singer. It allows you to always get back your best cards – with One with Nature it’s crazy value.
If you could change one thing about your deck, what would it be?
Upgrading the items to the ones with abilities. I never really used Swamp Creeper so I would like to swap that out.
What’s been your favourite card revealed from Wave 2?
Greedy Gemruff – the art is pretty cute, eating lightseekers cards.
What was your favourite moment of today?
Qualifying for nationals was great, and making the finals was a great bonus!

I was borrowing the deck from my friend; in fact
What’s your favourite card in your deck?
Crazed Bomber. Dread match-ups become a piece of cake – and with no buffs in my deck it has no downside!
If you could change one thing about your deck, what would it be?
I’d have cut the umbron thief from my side deck and replace them with Kreebal Jesters

Getting to play the exact same deck in a mirror match on camera… and winning!

What drew you to play your hero today?
My teammate was also playing the same deck, and it works very well. It synergizes very well with my plan of all out aggression
What’s your favourite card in your deck?
Therapeutic Eel. It gets you to the threshold for your hero ability and combines it with massive hand advantage.
If you could change one thing about your deck, what would it be?
Finding a way to not brick with the storm order cards I play in the deck. Maybe adding another blacksmith

I got to use umbron informant and therapeutic eel to draw 10 cards in a single turn!

What drew you to play your hero today?
The health. His ability is quite useful if you just need to finish someone off.
What’s your favourite card in your deck?
Time Collapse. It’s really handy with time worms to get in big hits of damage. And it synergizes well with paying for other combos.
If you could change one thing about your deck, what would it be?
I’d put something in to help me beat Nature. But I really like my deck the way it is.

General Carnage. Really going to mix things up with not having to need tantosian blacksmith.

Making top 8 and locking up my invite for nationals – was definitely my goal for the day.

What drew you to play your hero today?
He’s the hero I’ve had the most experience playing, and despite being a starter deck hero he is incredibly strong with my playstyle.
What’s your favourite card in your deck?
Crystal Bat or maybe Rock Rager… but really I need the two of them together!
If you could change one thing about your deck, what would it be?
I’d like some play potential versus nature decks.

I’m a huge fan of flame burrower, it’s a fire card (which is my favourite element) and it has super cool art.

Winning the quarter final against one of the olax decks 2-0, really boosted my confidence for my future events!

Granite is very unique, and just very fun – I don’t know how to describe it.
What’s your favourite card in your deck?
Wind Controller. Playing the same combo 3 turns in a row for free, for massive damage is a special feeling.
If you could change one thing about your deck, what would it be?
NOTHING IT WAS PERFECT

Sunhunter Tuktu. The ability is just soo good, and it’s my two favourite orders to boot!

What drew you to play your hero today?
I really like Dolo, he is very flexible – he lets me leverage my playskill the most.
What’s your favourite card in your deck?
Flamechained Warrior. Did a lot of work for me, and when I didn’t draw him I really felt it.
If you could change one thing about your deck, what would it be?
I was running Firesparker for the big combos, but I didn’t face much of that, so I would change that for another magma worm or flamechained warrior.
What’s been your favourite card revealed from Wave 2?
Sunhunter Tuktu. She just seems like she is very good, superior earth is great (easily the best element in mountain), although she doesn’t have lunar, it’s a great subsitute.

Getting into the top 8 for the second time, and playing against the top seed at the event.
